Springs is on the West coast of Florida. Originally settled by a
Greek community who fished the Gulf of Mexico for sponge.
Today some sponge fishing is still done but most of the city's income is
derived from tourists. Some of the restaurants serve authentic
Greek style cooking. Tarpon Springs is a must see when you come to
Florida.
